When my kids were little we had to use powdered milk often and of course the kids did not like it so I would mix up a pitcher of milk powder and then mix it half with regular whole milk and they used it just fine. It wasn’t their favorite but when you have 5 boys and then your sister come to live with you with her 4 kids something has to give. We got by, but most of the powdered milk today is better than what we could get back then. great article !
